Loving father of Andrea (Joe) Dawson LaHaye, and Matthew Stuart (Christine) Dawson; brother of Russell A. (Charlotte) Dawson; brother-in-law of Robert Beaumier; dear son of the late Roy C. and Virginia T Dawson. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. He retired from the Federal Government after 38 years of service. Friends may call at Gasch's Funeral Home, P.A., 4739 Baltimore Avenue, Hyattsville, MD on Wednesday, December 14 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be offered at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 4512 College Avenue, College Park, MD on Thursday, December 15 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
