He testified that they had both been married before, his children being grown, while she had a ten year old daughter with her. She continually quarreled with and nagged him, allowing her daughter to treat him with disrespect and contempt. On May 23, 1919, while he was absent at work. she and her relatives packed the household goods and shipped them back to her old home at Shenandoah, to which place she and her daughter also went and where they have remained.
