John Howard Rough, 71, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015.
John was born in Evansville, Indiana on March 27, 1943. He served in the United States Army Reserves from 1964 - 1970, graduating from Petroleum School in Ft. Lee, Virginia. John worked at the Evansville, Vanderburgh Building Authority from 1981 until 2002.
John is survived by his wife of 31 years, Bertha Jean (West) Rough; daughters, Julie Howell (Jeff), Natalie Bradford (Chester), Emily Terry (Sean); grandchildren, Jeremy and Joshua Howell, Rachael and Katie Bradford, Lauren, Ethan and Layton Terry; his mother, Edith Marie (Pendley) Rough; sisters, Jane Dull (Richard), Mary Rough Russell, Tracey Mosley (Tim); brother, Dr. Randolph Rough (Maria); 6 nieces and 6 nephews.
John was preceded in death by his father, Howard Emerson Rough.
There will be no visitation or funeral services at Browning Funeral Home.
