DROLLINGER: BIOGRAPHY: Fountain County Courthouse, Covington, Indiana - Probate Records Book C, Jan 1855 - Oct 1856, p. 358-359 Noah Drollinger Guardian of A & E Drollinger 7 Jan 1856 11 Mar 1853 Letters of guardianship granted to Noah Drollinger as guadian of Amanda & Elvira , heirs at law of Adam Drollinger deceased. Asks to be discharged as heirs are of full age . William Bell also appointed guardian. DEATH: Fountain County Clerk's Office, Probate Book E Jan 1858 - Jan 1860, pp. 12-19 Filed 4 Jan 1858, On 5 Nov 1856 Letters of Administration were granted to Adam Songer, Administrator for Noah Drollinger, deceased (along with John Butt), Estate was appraised by Henry Dice & Preston Chumlea, Total $485.89. Inventory of estate and list of estate sale. Samuel Drolinger bought several items. DEATH: Fountain County Clerk's Office, Probate Book E Jan 1858 - Jan 1860, pp. 555-561 Petition to sell land by Adam Songer, adm for Noah Drollinger. 4 Apr 1859. Petition file d 5 May 1857. "the deceased left his heirs his widow Henrietta Drollinger and two children Charles M. Drollinger aged 3 years and Franklin Drollinger aged between one and two years all of said county" Moses Fowler appointed guardian ad litem. Then the document seems to go back and forth between Songer and Fowler reappriaising the land and on whether or not to sell the land. DEATH: Fountain County Clerk's Office, Probate Book G July 1860 - Sep 1861, pp. 109-115 Adam Songer, Admin. Approval to Sell Noah Drollinger Estate 21 Jan 1861. On 14 May 1860 filed a petition, Charles M. being aged about 6 years and Franklin H. aged about 4 years. More legal stuff on land. I didn't read all of this.
