    • Christoph was a baker in Dietenhausen, Baden, Germany. He and his wife, Anna Maria, their children, and her father, Mattias Jung, came to America in 1865 on a ship named Balboa and landed in New York City. They made their way to Wisconsin and settled on a farm in Wilson Township, Sheboygan County. Jacob died there in Dec 1865. Parish records, Nottingen, Baden, Germany.
