  	Thomas K. Niblick, 83, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008. He was born on November 20, 1924 in Bluffton, IN to Rufus C. and Marie V. Niblick. He was a 1943 graduate of South Side High School and retired as a foreman from Dana Corporation after 38 years of service. He was a member of First Wayne Street United Methodist Church, New Haven Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, American Legion Post 47 and Waynedale Eastern Star 600. A WW II veteran, he served 3 years in the U.S. Navy on the USS New Orleans. He loved gardening, woodworking, creating stained glass pieces, reading and caring for his dogs. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elizabeth "Beth"; brother, Roger D. of Nicaragua; sisters, Phyllis (Donald) Perry of Fort Wayne and Linda (Peter) Garside of Houston, TX; brother-in-law, Howard (Barbara) Mundt of Marion, IN; 23 nieces and nephews; 37 grand nieces and nephews; and 11 great-grand nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus & Marie Niblick; sister, Margaret Boerger; nephew, Matthew Niblick; grand nephew, Ryan Dexter; brother-in-law, Larry Mundt. Service is 11 a.m. Friday at First Wayne Street UMC, 300 E. Wayne St. Rev. Gregory Enstrom officiating. Calling 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd. with Masonic Service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials to First Wayne Street UMC or donor's choice.
