Tarpey Road, Texas City, Texas 77591. Tom was a retired bookkeeper with H. Kempner of Galveston. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Myrtle; and grandson, Charles Taylor. Survivors: Daughter, Peggy Taylor; sons, W.T. Taylor and Alan Delgado; many grandchildren, including Traci Schmedel and her husband, Krag, of Saginaw; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
