  	Obituary - Mrs. A. W. Gustin. Margaret Ann Silvers, daughter of Jessie and Silva Silvers, was born July 19, 1857, in High point township, Decatur county, Iowa, and departed this life July 23, 1931, at her home in Kellerton, having reached the age of 74 years and three days. She spent her entire life in Decatur and Ringgold counties except a short time spent in Nevada, Iowa. She was united in marriage to John T. Barrett September 14, 1876, and to this union was born six sons - Emmet, Ora, Charles, Floyd, Rowe and Alpha, all with their father having preceded her in death. She was also a loving mother to two stepsons, Lee and Jesse. She has been a life member of the Christian church having united with the Delphos church and later moving her membership to Kellerton in the year 1896. She was always ready and willing for any work in the church, having acted as deaconess for a number of years. She was again united in marriage to A. W. Gustin January 4, 1926, with whom her latter years were happily spent. She leaves to mourn her departure a loving husband, one sister, Mrs. Priscilla Tharp of Bakersfield, California, one brother, Aldie Silvers of Leroy, Iowa, one stepson, Jess Barrett of Poplar Bluff, Mo., four great grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Christian church, conducted by her former pastor, Rev. Harris, and the body was laid to rest in the Kellerton cemetery. CARD OF THANKS.
