- Mearldean "Mutz" Lewis, 84, of Hermann, MO, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at her home.
Mutz was born in Gasconade, Missouri on December 4, 1936, a daughter of the late William & Daisy (Drullinger) Riley.
She was united in marriage to Dennis E. Lewis on June 4, 1953, in Salem, Missouri. Dennis preceded her in death on August 21, 2007.
Mutz was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, going on gator rides, playing computer games, working in the garden, cooking and spending time with her family.
Mutz is survived by three sons, Riley Lewis & special friend Debra King, of Hermann, Missouri; Billy Lewis & wife Irene, of Hermann, Missouri; and Denver Lewis & wife Bernie, of Rhineland, Missouri; two daughters, Darla Lindsay & husband Mike, of Clark, Missouri; and Sheila Lewis, of Hermann, Missouri, by 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a brother, Gerald Riley & wife Donna, of Hermann, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, by brothers, Ray and Calvin Riley and sisters, Edith Perkins and Ruth Waggoner.
Visitation will be held Thursday, February 4th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, where funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be at Empire Cemetery, Gladden, Missouri. Memorials may be given to Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer. C/O Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home.
